Consumers may cancel their contractual declaration in writing (e.g. letter, email) within one month without being required to state any reasons.
2. Start and end of the cancellation period
This period starts on the day that several pre-conditions are fulfilled:
Receipt of the written legal notice regarding right of cancellation,

Receipt of written contractual terms and conditions including the currently valid General Terms and Conditions, see Appendix 3,

The cancellation period expires at the end of that day which according to its number corresponds to that day on which you received the written legal notice regarding right of cancellation. If this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the cancellation period will expire at midnight of the next working day.

3. Pre-conditions for cancellation and the bearing of risk
